National Science Day Celebration 2025 (January 15 – February 28, 2025) Organized by: Sant Guru Ghasidas Government P.G. College, Kurud Supported by: Chhattisgarh Council of Science & Technology and NCSTC, DST, Government of India Sant Guru Ghasidas Government P.G. College, Kurud, successfully hosted a vibrant and enriching celebration of National Science Day 2025, spanning from January 15 to February 28, 2025. The event series was aimed at cultivating scientific awareness, innovation, and critical thinking among students. Under the able leadership of Principal Dr. A.K. Mishra and the coordination of Dr. Hit Narayan Tandan and Dr. Vikram Singh, the celebration witnessed enthusiastic student participation and a range of engaging science-focused activities. Poster and Rangoli Competitions (February 27–28, 2025) Centered around the legacy of Sir C.V. Raman and his contributions to science. Winners (Poster/Model): • First Place: Mr. Dipendra Kumar – Water Purification Model • Second Place: Ms. Archita Rathi – Table Lamp using Waste Batteries • Third Place: Ms. Radhika Dhruw (M.Sc. Botany)
